Connecting Creative Companies
PGM Artists is all about making creative connections.
Presently, this means connecting its exceptional roster of visual effects, animation, and live-action production companies with the people who need them – advertising agencies and media companies.
Soon, PGM Artists will expand its roster of companies to include specialists in advanced communications and networking technologies, as well as professionals from the realms of design and architecture.
PGM Artists is headed by marketing and production veteran Phil McIntyre. He sees his artists as bridges between communication companies and the resources they need to remain competitive in today’s multi-platform marketplace.
“The traditional models for the production of advertising, film, and television are fast breaking down,” says McIntyre. “Expanding the horizons of media professionals and creating new opportunities to innovate and collaborate with professionals from other fields is what it’s all about.
“By the way,” he continues, “these new connections can come from almost anywhere. The trick is to identify companies and individuals that offer something unique, relevant and applicable – and make a connection. PGM Artists seeks to be an industry leader in this exciting new world.”
Mr. McIntyre, who is also the co-founder of the brand strategy firm The Brand Gallery, is well-positioned to help media companies identify and develop these new connections. He most recently was a partner in the digital studio Click 3x and, prior to that, was a sales executive at R/Greenberg Associates. He has experience in all facets of the media industry and has strong connections in the worlds of advertising, broadcast television, film and interactive media.
McIntyre also serves on the Associate Board of Directors of the Association of Independent Commercial Producers (AICP), East Coast Chapter, as well as its Perks (as chair) and Membership committees.
